By accessing or using Honk (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Honk is a classified-advertising platform. We connect buyers and sellers of vehicles and related goods, but we are not a party to any transaction between users, do not take possession of any item, and do not process payment for the vehicles or goods advertised. Any sale, purchase, negotiation, inspection, payment and handover is solely between the buyer and the seller.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you post. You must not post false, misleading, stolen, fraudulent, or prohibited items, infringe others' rights, or attempt to circumvent moderation, bans, or rate limits. We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.
Certain optional features — such as listing boosts and dealer subscription tiers — are paid and processed via our payment provider (Stripe). Prices are shown at the point of purchase. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honk is not liable for the conduct of users, the condition or legality of items advertised, or any loss arising from transactions between users. The Honk name, branding, and platform content are owned by Honk. Content you post remains yours, but you grant Honk a licence to host and display it for the operation of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time via your account settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
